1How Sharing Works

RentalMath allows you to generate shareable links that encode deal data directly in the URL. Deal sharing is available to Paid and Premium subscribers. The shortening feature uses a third-party URL shortening service.

2Public Accessibility

Any link you share may be viewed by ANYONE who possesses it. Shared links are not password-protected or access-restricted. We cannot revoke, expire, or restrict a link once it is shared.

Anyone who receives or discovers your link can view the deal data in it. Links may be forwarded, posted publicly, indexed by search engines, or archived.

3What Data Is Included

Shared links may encode: property address, purchase price, financing terms, income projections, expense assumptions, calculated metrics, and any notes. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank account details, tax IDs, or personal information about third parties in deals you share.

4URL Shortening

If you shorten a link, the full URL (containing your encoded deal data) is sent to a third-party URL shortening service. That service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles the URL. We do not control that service. See the Third-Party Services Disclosure.

5Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for what data you include in shared deals and who you share links with. We are not liable for damages arising from unauthorized or unintended access to your shared links.
