Consumer Privacy Rights Notice

1Scope

This Notice describes privacy rights available to you depending on your jurisdiction. Rights vary by location. Users who have not created accounts have no account data stored by us. The one exception is share links: if you create one, the deal payload you shared is stored on our server until it expires or you revoke it, alongside a hash of a random per-browser token used solely to authorize revocation. Server-side caches and usage counters contain property/geography data and anonymous aggregate counts, not user identities. Most rights in this Notice apply to account holders only.

2Information We May Hold About You

For account holders: email address, authentication data (managed by Firebase Authentication), and the deal records — including property addresses — you sync to Firestore. For any user who has created a share link, we additionally hold that link's deal payload and a hash of the random per-browser revocation token until the link expires or is revoked. We hold no billing or payment data (no paid subscriptions are offered). See the Privacy Policy for a full breakdown.

3California Residents — CCPA / CPRA

California residents may:

• Request disclosure of personal information collected.
• Request deletion of personal information.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell your data).
• Limit use of sensitive personal information.
• Are protected from discrimination for exercising these rights.

Submit requests to admin@housatonicholdings.com with subject "California Privacy Rights Request." Response within 45 days.

4Other U.S. State Privacy Laws

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. Contact admin@housatonicholdings.com to exercise them.

5EEA, UK, and Switzerland — GDPR

GDPR rights include: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. Our legal basis for processing is contract performance (providing the App) and legitimate interests. Contact admin@housatonicholdings.com or lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

6How to Exercise Your Rights

• Email admin@housatonicholdings.com with subject "Privacy Rights Request."
• Include your account email and the specific right you are exercising.
• We may verify your identity before processing.
• We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7Exporting Your Data

All users can export deal data at any time using the App's export feature. This does not require a formal privacy request.

8Billing Data Rights

RentalMath does not currently offer paid subscriptions and holds no payment data, so no billing-data rights requests are applicable. If paid tiers are introduced, this section will be updated to name the payment processor and how to exercise rights over payment data it holds.
