This Notice describes privacy rights available to you depending on your jurisdiction. Rights vary by location. Free-tier users who have not created accounts have no personal information stored by us; most rights in this Notice apply to account holders only.

2Information We May Hold About You

For account holders: email address, authentication data, deal records, billing metadata (subscription status, not full card details). See the Privacy Policy for a full breakdown.

3California Residents — CCPA / CPRA

California residents may:

• Request disclosure of personal information collected.
• Request deletion of personal information.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell your data).
• Limit use of sensitive personal information.
• Are protected from discrimination for exercising these rights.

Submit requests to admin@housatonicholdings.com with subject "California Privacy Rights Request." Response within 45 days.

4Other U.S. State Privacy Laws

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights. Contact admin@housatonicholdings.com to exercise them.

5EEA, UK, and Switzerland — GDPR

GDPR rights include: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. Our legal basis for processing is contract performance (providing the App) and legitimate interests. Contact admin@housatonicholdings.com or lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

6How to Exercise Your Rights

• Email admin@housatonicholdings.com with subject "Privacy Rights Request."
• Include your account email and the specific right you are exercising.
• We may verify your identity before processing.
• We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7Exporting Your Data

Paid and Premium subscribers can export deal data at any time using the App's export feature (PDF/CSV). This does not require a formal privacy request.

8Billing Data Rights

For requests regarding payment data held by Stripe, contact Stripe directly at stripe.com/privacy. We can provide you with the billing metadata we hold (subscription status, dates) but cannot access or provide full payment card information stored by Stripe.
